Indefinite Quantity / Indefinite Delivery Contract for Architecture, Sculpture, Monuments, Fountains and Architectural Arts Services Located in the U.S. National Capital Region. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a five year contract to McKay Lodge Conservation Laboratory, Inc. for conservation services for architecture, sculpture, public art, fountains and architectural arts located throughout the National Capital Region. The Indefinite Delivery contract commencing August 1, 2022 has a not-to-exceed order value of more than sixteen million nine thousand thousand dollars for the five year contract period. The National Capital Region (NCR) comprises federal property in Washington, DC and surrounding counties. This is the company’s fourth successive GSA National Capital Region multi-year contract. And it is in force in parallel with other GSA contracts for similar conservation service provisions throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands.
